# 4.1 Derechos del usuario

**De acuerdo con este acuerdo, el Usuario tiene los Derechos:**

* Utilizar el Portal únicamente para fines personales, no comerciales.
* Utilizar todos los servicios y recursos (incluidos los Servicios adicionales de pago) proporcionados por el Operador.
* Si es necesario, obtener ayuda del soporte técnico del sitio, pregunte al Operador sobre los problemas que surjan, a través de la información de contacto o el formulario de comentarios.
* A enviar solicitudes, cartas u otro tipo de contactos con la Administración del Servicio;
* Usar el sitio y participar (excluyendo la provisión de Servicios Adicionales Pagados) gratis en los proyectos del Portal.
