# Trouble starting the game

**Error: Cant connect server! (code: 1)**

**Possible causes:**

* Server not available.
* Connection problems from the player's side.
* Your internet provider is blocking the connection to the server.

**Recommended action:**

* Open the task manager and finish the following processes: **Play Innadril** and **LaunchRes.exe.**
* Reboot the router.
* Reboot the computer.
