# Drivers de placa de rede

1. Click **Iniciar**.
2. Click **Painel de Controle**. Se houver uma opção para alternar para o modo de **Exibição Clássico**, faça isso.
3. Click **Sistema.**
4. Clique na guia **Hardware** e, em seguida, clique em **Gerenciador de dispositivos.**
5. Expanda a categoria **Adaptadores de Rede**. Anote o nome e o modelo da placa de rede listados.
6. Clique duas vezes na placa de rede listada.
7. Clique na guia **Driver** e anote a data e a versão do driver.
8. Visite o site do fabricante do driver para obter o driver mais atualizado. Entre em contato com o fabricante do driver para obter assistência com a atualização do driver. Se o computador estiver na garantia, entre em contato com o fabricante do computador.
