# Desativando as configurações de proxy

Siga as etapas para seu sistema operacional abaixo para desativar suas configurações de proxy.

1. Pressione **Windows Key** + **R**.
2. Digite **inetcpl.cpl** na janela Executar.
3. Click **OK**.
4. Click na guia **Conexões**.
5. Selecione **Nunca disque uma conexão** (se disponível).
6. Click **Configurações de LAN**.
7. Desmarque **Use um servidor proxy para sua LAN.**

   ***Note:*** Se essa configuração já estiver desmarcada, tente alternar **Detectar automaticamente as configurações.**
8. Click **OK**.

\_**Note:**\_Se você nunca usou um servidor proxy, essas configurações podem ser habilitadas ou ativadas por malware sem o seu conhecimento. Se qualquer uma das configurações de proxy estiver marcada, execute o software antivírus após desmarcá-las.
