# 4.1 Direitos do Usuário

**de acordo com este contrato, o Usuário tem os Direitos:**

* Utilizar o Portal apenas para fins pessoais e não comerciais.
* Para usar todos os serviços, recursos (incluindo Serviços Adicionais Pagos) fornecidos pela Operadora.
* Se necessário, obtenha ajuda do suporte técnico do site, pergunte ao Operador sobre os problemas que surgirem, por meio de informações de contato ou formulário de feedback.
* Ao enviar pedidos, cartas ou outros tipos de contactos com a Administração do Serviço;
* Gratuito (excluindo a prestação de Serviços Adicionais Pagos) para usar o site e participar dos projetos do Portal.
